Review of New Teacher Placement Results

Attention to candidates who have passed the interview to be appointed as DG9 Education Service Officer, and can review the placement announced by the Ministry of Education and Culture from 10 November 2025.

The date to report yourself is on 17 November 2025. You can check through the eGraduan portal through https://egraduan.moe.gov.my.

What is eGraduan KPM?

e-Graduan is a new module for the School Management System (SPS), Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) under Teacher Management.

This module was developed by the Information Management Division (BPM), KPM and supervised by the Human Resource Management Division (BPSM), Day School Management Division (BPSH), and Education Operations Sector (SOP) of the KPM.

This module involves the recruitment and placement process of new teachers which involves the collaboration of several public sector agencies such as the Ministry of Education, the Teacher Services Commission (SPP), JobsMalaysia, the Teacher Education Institute (IPG), and the Public University (UA).

User Categories

The main target users of this module are graduates and system administrators.

The details are as follows:

1. Graduate
   • Only graduates who have been CERTIFIED by the Malaysian Education Commission (SPP) are allowed to register in this module, and;
   • Graduates listed on the KPM Portal and e-Graduan HEBAHAN can only register in this module at the designated time to check and update the required information, as well as check placement.
2. System Administrator
   • Only system administrators who have been APPOINTED by KPM are allowed to use this module according to the role that has been set.

eGraduan Home Page

• The home page of e-Graduan displays some important information such as Announcements, Login, Help, Error Display, Copyright and Disclaimer. Users can obtain the latest information from the announcement column and log in to e-Graduan by entering LoginID, Password, and Number. Registered KP.
• The display of error messages is intended to inform the user in case of details
  entered in Login is incorrect.
• The help provided at e-Graduan is related to forgot password, change
  password, and user registration.
• The general user manual is provided in .pdf format

How to Register Users

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Register New User menu to start registration.
3. Fill in all personal information carefully so that there are no problems when logging into the system.
4. Create passwords, security questions and answers that are easy to remember because they will be needed if you want to change your password.
5. Check that all information has been filled in correctly before proceeding.
6. Click the SAVE button to complete the registration process.
7. Next, users can go directly to the LOG IN column to use the system.
8. Registration details will be sent to the registered email address.

How to Login to KPM eGraduan

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Login menu on the portal’s Home Page.
3. Enter the User ID, Password, and Identification Card Number (KP No.) as registered.
4. Make sure all details are entered accurately to avoid errors during login.
5. If the information entered is incorrect, the system will display the message “INCORRECT LOGIN INFORMATION”.
6. Once the information is confirmed correct, click the Login button to access the KPM eGraduan system.

Login By Role

A. Graduates

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Login menu and select the role as Graduate.
3. Enter the User ID, Password, and Identity Card Number (KP No.) accurately.
4. After successfully logging in, the display will show the user name and No. Registered KP.
5. Several tabs are available for reviewing and updating personal information.
6. Click the “Download User Manual” link to get a guide to using the system.
7. The “Placement Check” tab will appear when the announcement is made on the KPM Portal and e-Graduan to enable graduates to check the placement results.

B. System Administrator

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the Login menu and select the role as System Administrator.
3. Enter the User ID, Password, and Identity Card Number (KP No.) accurately.
4. After successfully logging in, the display will display the user name and No. Registered KP.
5. On the left side of the screen, several menus are available to choose from according to user roles and responsibilities.
6. Click the “Download User Manual” link to get a complete guide to using the eGraduan system.

Placement Check

The results of teacher placement offers can be checked through the KPM e-Graduan portal at the link

The Placement Review tab will be displayed after announcements related to the review are made on the KPM Portal and e-Graduan.

Candidates are reminded to download and complete the Accept Package form on the SPP Portal ( ) for the purpose of confirming your appointment within 30 days from the date of reporting through the Head of Department to the Education Services Commission (SPP).

How to Reset Password

A. How to Recover Password (Forgot Password)

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Click the “Forgot Password” link found on the e-Graduan Home Page.
3. Enter the Identification Card Number (KP No.) in the space provided.
4. Follow the further instructions to retrieve the password via registered email.
5. Log back into the system using the new password you received.

B. How to Change Password (New Password Change)

1. Visit the official portal page
2. Select the “Change Password” link on the e-Graduan Home Page.
3. Fill in all mandatory fields such as User ID, No. KP, Old Password, New Password, Security Questions and Answers.
4. Make sure the security question information and answers are the same as during user registration.
5. Click the Save / Submit button to confirm and change the new password.
