TVET Frontier Fellowship Offer Allowance RM3000 Per Month, Placement In Government Research Institutions

Get an allowance of RM3000 a month and the opportunity to be placed at a Government Research Institution – it’s fun! The TVET Frontier Fellowship Program is an initiative to place graduates in Government research institutes such as SIRIM, MPOB, FRIM, MIMOS and so on that provide exposure to research, technology development and innovation in the country’s strategic technology field.

Qualified Bachelor’s Degree graduates are invited to participate in this program for 12 months. Interestingly, the TVET Frontier Fellowship Program provides opportunities for participants to be involved in real research projects, guided by experienced researchers as well as improve competence to meet future industry needs.

What is the TVET Frontier Fellowship?

TVET Frontier Fellowship is the 12-month graduate placement program below National TVET Council (MTVET).

This program is specifically designed for Bachelor’s degree graduates in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to place them directly in government research institutes and national strategic agencies.

Over the course of a year, the selected participants will be guided by industry mentors and expert researchers to engage in high-impact research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) projects.

In addition to gaining industry exposure and valuable experience, each participant was also given a monthly allowance of RM3,000 as financial support throughout their training period.

Program Phase:

  • Pre-Placement Basic Course: Initial intensive training for 2 weeks at selected institutions.
  • 12 Month Placement: Working directly in a research project at a government agency.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
