STRONGS 2025: Cash Help Payment Rahmah Phase4 will be made starting October 18, 2025. The Single Category will receive a payment of RM150 for this Phase 4. Status review can be made through

Payment of Phase 4 Stretch will be made to existing recipients and new recipients registered in the Stroke Database through Crucy into the bank account or channeled in cash through the National Savings Bank (BSN) in stages according to their respective eligibility categories.

If the name of the applicant is not in the STR Database, they will need to make an application to enable the verification process according to the Strol Eligibility category.

Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR)

STR is one of the initiatives under the concept of rahmah umbrella aimed at helping those who are less capable of facing the challenge of living.

For 2024, DS Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced that the allocation for Strly would be raised by RM2 billion to RM10 billion compared to just RM8 billion by 2023.

In addition, the new category of poor and hardcore poor households under EKasih data will receive a maximum contribution of RM3700 a year beginning January 2024.

This amount is a bit of an increase of RM3100 given by 2023.

Terms of Eligibility Strol Single

Single Applicants are eligible to receive STR if they meet the following qualification categories:

Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow who has no child who meets the conditions; and:

• The age limit is 21-59 years; and
• The Disabled (Disabled) Age 19 and above; and
• Not a full -time IPTA / IPTS student; and
• Single income is RM2,500 and below.

Note: An aged single individual 21 years and above including disabled 19 and above which still is studying full -time In public / private institutions of higher learning are only allowed to be included in the child’s information / dependent on household applications and It is not allowed to apply as a single individual.

Use:

The RM600 Stretch additional rate is dedicated to household recipients who have been identified in the hardcore poor category. This additional rate eligibility is limited to:

• Household recipients listed as hardcore poor in EKasih data records; and
• Must have household income not exceeding RM1,169 hardcore poor PGK based on cross -examination of income agency
• The donation will be channeled in the form of food baskets as well as vouchers for basic food items worth RM100 for 6 months.

String Single 2025

It is a pleasure to be informed that for 2025, the government has allocated the highest increase in the Rahmah Cash (ST) contribution and the basic contribution of Rahmah (Sara).

The renewal involves a RM 13 billion fund compared to RM 10 billion previously and will benefit 9 million recipients or 60 percent of the country’s adult population.

The bachelor’s status is also no exception to enjoy the increase in donations.

For your information as well as from 2024, the eligible stroller receiver will also receive Basic Contribution of Rahmah (Sara).

Payment Rate 2025 for the Single Category

Based on the Budget 2025 presentation, the new rate allocated for the single category is RM 600For each individual depending on the payment eligibility on the approved application.

Payment will be made in 4 phases.

In addition, the assistance of the Rahmah Basic Contribution (SARA) will be credited to MyKad Recipient starting April 2025.

String Phase 4 (Single Category)

The Ministry of Finance has announced that the Rahmah Phase 4 cash donation will be credited from October 18, 2025 To help the people deal with the rising cost of living and in conjunction with Deepavali.

The amount of the payment is as follows:

1. Single / Citizen Category No Pair

a) Single Income ≤ RM2,500

(Aged 21 – 59 years old / disabled 19 – 59 years old)

• Maximum qualification: RM600
• Payment Schedule:
  • Phase 1: RM150

  • Phase 3: RM150
  • Phase 4: RM150

b) Citizens’ Income No pair ≤ RM5,000

(≥ ≥ 60 years old)

Crucy is made in stages to eligible recipients. The payment method that will be received is the same as before, through a bank account or in cash.

Payment of Phase 4 Strol will be channeled from October 18, 2025 in stages. This info is announced through the 2026, 10 October 2025 budget.

To make a status review and the amount of payment to be received, you just need to follow the following steps:

2. Login using MyKad Number and Passwords already registered
3. Press the button ‘Application Review’
4. Your approval status will be displayed as in the appendix below.

How to Apply Stroll Street 2025

The new registration and update of the Rahmah Cash (ST) donation have been closed since September 30, 2025.

New and updated applications for the 2026 session are expected to open after the end of the 2026 budget presentation.

1. Browse the official portal of STR:
2. Click the “New Application” menu on MyStr
3. Fill in personal information such as mykad number, address, phone number, monthly income and marital status
4. Upload supporting documents (sample pay slip/income confirmation) if requested
5. Send the application and save the reference number for the next status check

The new Strong Strong Application Guide will be updated from time to time in detail after the application is reopened for 2026.

Forgot the Password Str

Forgotten Strong Passwords can be set up online through the Rahmah Cash Contribution Official Portal with some simple steps as follows:

1. Visit the website and click “Login”.
2. Select the “Forgot Password” link.
3. Enter mykad number (12 digits) and click “Check”.
4. Enter the email address registered during the STR application, and click “Next”.
5. The temporary password will be sent to a registered email. Check the email and copy the temporary password.
6. The MyStr Portal re -login using the temporary password.
7. Create a new password and confirm the password, then click “Change Password”.

Optional if no registered email

• Applicants need to answer three previously registered security questions.
• If it fails after three attempts, the STR is blocked and can only try again after 24 hours.
