Here are the main route guides and traffic management rules that all visitors and staff must follow:
Public Entry Routes to the Sepang International Circuit (SIC):
- Through the KLIA Mosque Roundabout to the SIC parking area.
- Through KLIA Quarters traffic lights from the direction of Sepang, Enstek, Labu and Nilai.
- Through the KLIA Cargo Roundabout to Jalan Pekeliling towards the SIC parking area.
Public Exit Routes from the Sepang International Circuit (SIC):
- From the parking area go to the SIC traffic light, then turn right onto Jalan Kuarters KLIA to go towards Sepang and Enstek.
- From the parking area go to the Bukit Tinjau traffic lights, then turn left onto Jalan Pekeliling towards the Cargo Roundabout.
Route of PDRM Officers and VIPs:
- Enter: From the direction of the KLIA Mosque Roundabout to the Paddock area in contra flow.
- Exit: From the Paddock area to the KLIA Mosque roundabout also contra flow.
Traffic Management and Safety:
A total of 177 senior police officers and junior police officers from JSPT will be stationed and assigned in strategic locations to assist traffic control and ensure public safety is maintained.
All visitors are asked to cooperate fully with the authorities, use alternative routes provided, and plan their journeys in advance to avoid congestion and inconvenience.

PETRONAS Malaysian Grand Prix Race Schedule
The 2025 PETRONAS Grand Prix Malaysia race schedule takes place over three action-packed days at the Sepang International Circuit, Selangor. Here is a summary of the main race schedule:
23 OCTOBER 2025


- Thursday, October 23: The media event & press conference starts at 17.00 with an interview session with MotoGP elite riders to warm up the atmosphere of the race after the GearUp session.


- Friday, October 24: Free practice sessions start from 10:00am for Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP with a second practice session throughout the day.


- Saturday, October 25: Practice session starts around 9:40am, MotoGP qualifying at 11:50am, followed by the Sprint race at 4:00pm.


- Sunday, October 26: Main race day! The Moto3 race starts at 13:00 noon, Moto2 at 14:15, and the MotoGP highlight at 16:00. Post-action analysis session and press conference at 17:10.
