About General Assistance for Form 6 Schooling
General Education Aid Form 6 is aid provided by MAIWP to candidates who have obtained the results of the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination to continue their studies to Form 6.
This is to help them start their Form 6 schooling especially for those who come from low income families.
This assistance also encourages students to continue their studies to Form 6 after they get their SPM results.
Date of Application
Applications are open to those who are interested 15 June 2026 to 17 July 2026.
Eligibility Conditions
The eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Muslim.
- Malaysian citizens.
- Resident in the Federal Territory for at least one year and still residing.
- Approval is subject to the specified kifayah limit count.
- Have received an offer letter for Level 6 Semester 1 in 2026.
How to Apply
Applications can be made by obtaining an application form that can be downloaded via the web or:
- Zakat Distribution Counter Level 2, Daruzzakah Building
- Zakat Distribution Center (PAZA)
- MAIWP Putrajaya Branch
For students who study in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, they must send completed forms through Baitulmal teachers at their respective schools.
For students studying outside the Federal Territories should send the completed form to the nearest PAZA MAIWP branch.
