About the Women Biz Entrepreneurship Grant
The Women Biz Entrepreneurship Grant is a funding initiative from the Kedah Regional Development Authority (KEDA) specifically for women entrepreneurs.
For information, KEDA is a federal agency under the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) that is responsible for planning and implementing socioeconomic, infrastructure, and physical development to advance rural areas in the state of Kedah.
As for this grant, it was created to empower women in rural areas through entrepreneurship.
This program aims to build competitive, systematic, and group female entrepreneurs.
Date of Application
The closing date for this application is on May 20, 2026 (Wednesday).
Grant Value
Each group of women who apply will receive assistance worth up to RM200,000.
Business Plan Criteria
Applicants must submit their business plan as follows:
- Executive Summary: A concise summary of the entire plan. About Business: Vision, mission, objectives, and form of business.
- Organization & Management: Organizational structure, management team, and their roles.
- Market Analysis:Research competitors, target customers, and market trends.
- Marketing & Sales Strategy: Plan to attract and retain customers (4P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Operational Planning: Daily management, location, and service production/provision process.
- Financial Planning: Sales forecast, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and financing needs.
- Analisis SWOT: Strength (Strengths). Weaknesses. Opportunities. and Threats.


Application Conditions
The prescribed application conditions are as follows:
- Women aged 18 and over.
- Each group has 3 to 5 women.
- Be in the Business Operation area within the KEDA Region or outside the city.
- Registered SSM in Partnership / Sdn. Bhd.

- Prepare a business plan according to the established criteria.
- Make sure the business plan does not exceed 100MB and in PDF @ Powerpoint format.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
