Charges & Fees Apply
Storage Fee
- The storage fee is as much as 1% per annum based on gold holdingsyour daily
- This fee is accrued daily and deducted on end of every month.
- The storage fee is 1% a year or equivalent RM1.00 in grams of goldwhichever is higher.
- For account closure, storage fees will be calculated pro-rata.
- Additionally, a 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be imposed on the storage fee and charged in accordance with current laws and regulations.
- The storage fee is calculated based on the applicable rate as well as the minimum monthly charge set by GO Capital Growth from time to time.
- This fee is subject to the terms and conditions of your ArRahnu Gold-i POS Account.
- If there is any change to the storage fee or minimum charge applied, GO Capital Growth will provide notice by displaying the latest information on the ArRahnu Gold-i POS Platform at least five (5) working days before the change takes effect.

Use:
- Fulfillment fee refers to Making Charges (Premium/Piece + Handling Charge/Piece + Insurance/Piece) + Packaging & Shipping + 8% SST.
- Packaging and shipping costs are charged once.
- The Company reserves the right to revise the fulfillment costs from time to time without prior notice. Changes will be based on charges imposed by vendors and service providers.
- The maximum physical gold fulfillment of the forged gold bars is 100 grams or a maximum of 30 pieces per packaging.
- This policy applies to both West Malaysia and East Malaysia; Delivery is available in Malaysia only.
- For physical delivery, the customer needs to appoint the seller as their agent (representative) to keep/hold the purchased/exchanged gold in storage (wadiah) until collection is done by the buyer or appointed agent (representative), or until the gold is delivered by the agent (representative).
