The establishment of the Pre-Diploma program aims to provide educational opportunities to Malay, Orang Asli and Sabah/Sarawak natives in urban and rural areas.

Students don’t need to worry about fees because the fees are FREE, monthly self-sufficiency ALLOWANCE and dormitory accommodation are also available FREE of charge.

The Pre Higher Education Program (PPT) or UiTM Pre Diploma is the best opportunity if you have not yet secured a place at a Public University through UPU.

What is UiTM Pre Diploma?

UiTM’s Pre-Higher Education Program used to be a program known as the Changing the Destiny of a Nation Program (MDAB).

This program is based on the philosophy of the university which believes that an individual is capable of striving to achieve excellence through the transfer of knowledge and the application of pure values.

The main purpose of the PPT program is to recruit students who have graduated from Sjil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) who have obtained SPM results that do not meet the requirements of UPU.

The PPT program is open to the B40 and non-B40 groups so that all of them can continue their studies to a higher level.

Date of Application

UiTM Pre-Diploma 2026 applications have been opened from 1 November 2025 until 31 January 202 for the March 2026 admission session.

For students who wish to apply, please apply immediately before the application closes.

Student intake is done twice a year and all the latest information related to intake will be displayed on the PPT website from the current time.

NOTE: UiTM 2025/2026 Pre Diploma Free Pin Application

Please make sure the information provided is accurate and true.
The Pin Number is unique for each individual.
Only one email is allowed for one identity card number.
The pin number will be sent to the registered email. Please refer to email.
Any repeated pin number application, only the email used in the first application will receive the pin number.
Acceptance of a pin number does not mean that the candidate is admitted to Pre Diploma Studies.

List of Required Documents

NOTE: All copies of documents as attachments forwarded via email must be ‘certified true copies’. Verification must be made by a Professional Officer / Category A / Village Head / Penghulu / Conductor / Chairman of MPKK and their equivalent’.

Copy of Applicant’s, Mother and Father’s Identity Card.
Copy of Birth Certificate of Applicant, Mother and Father.
Copy of SPM.
Copy of SPM Repeat (If relevant).
Copy of Salary Statement of Mother / Father
Letter or form confirming employment/income status for those who do not have a slip/salary statement/unemployed/housewives.
Copy of Death Certificate (if applicable).
Copies of Parents’ Divorce Letters (if relevant).
Copy of the latest Federal / State Government Financial Aid Approval / Slip (If Applicable).
Copy of the Adoption Certificate/ Information draw in the identification card chip/ MyKad (if relevant).
Copy of Company Tax Return (if applicable).
Copy of the highest and most recent sports certificate/ recognition (Athlete Path).
Other documents (Disability Card, Parents’ Pension Card/ Parents’ Pension Statement).
