BMT 2025 monsoon help: Review & Application

Smallholders and eligible rubber tappers can apply and update the 2025 monsoon assistance application information (BMT) 2025 at the RISDA Smallholders Portal via link or present at any nearby RISDA office for assistance and further info.
Beginning 2023, the monsoon aid payments (BMT) have been added to RM800.
Before that, the specified aid rate is as much asRM600For smallholders and eligible rubber tappers.
The following are important information that you need to know to make a BMT review and application.


APPLICATION APPLICATION APPLICATION (BMT) 2025
Date of Application & Update of the Seasonal Aid (BMT) 2025 is the start of June 1 to October 31, 2025.
Applications by smallholders can be made at any RISDA office nearby or online.
Applications by tappers can only be made at the RISDA office where the tapped garden is located.


CONDITIONS OF THE BUSINESS OF THE Seasonal Season (BMT)
Small planters (landowners who have and work on the sap farming lot)
- Malaysian citizen
- Smallholders registered with RISDA
- Has a total area of landfill between 0.1 and 4.0 hectares
- The legal owner of the land
- Join the RISDA 2023 RISDA SMALL PEOPLE.
- Has PAT-G that is still valid when the application is made (if any-Mandatory for JPS and JAKOA participants)
Tappers (those tapping in smallholders’ rubber gardens and not landowners)
- Malaysian citizen
- Tappers registered with RISDA
- Tapping in a lot of 0.1 to 4.0 hectares
- Obtained a valid landowner / representative.
- Has a PAT-G card that is still valid when the application is made (compulsory for tappers).




How to apply for monsoon season (BMT RISDA)
Applications are made through the RISDA Smallholders Portal.
For manual applications, you will need to go to the State Risda Office or the nearby RISDA Office.
You need to fill out the application form and also apply the relevant documents.
Please bring with the required documents as listed below when applying.
The required document
You need to bring a copy of the following documents when applying for a monsoon season.
The required document
i) RISDA & INDIVIDUAL SMALL
- Applicant’s identity card and copy;
- The original grant of the land and the copy;
- A copy of an active bank account book
- Has PAT-G still valid when application
ii) tappers are not owners
- Applicant’s identity card and copy;
- A copy of the landowner identification card;
- Copies of tapped lot grants (computerized grants);
- Copy of active bank account book;
- A copy of the PAT-G card is still valid when the application is made (compulsory for tappers)
- A confirmation letter from a valid landowner / representative.
Small planters under the agency
- Applicant’s identity card and copy;
- The original grant of the land and the copy (if the land has a landslide or has a valid land title document);
- Copy of active bank account book;
- A letter of confirmation from the agency
- A copy of the PAT-G card is still valid when the application is made (compulsory for the application under the DID and JAKOA).

The application was opened starting June 1 to October 31, 2025.

Amount of assistance
The BMT assistance rate is RM800.00 to be paid in stages, directly to the recipient’s account.
BMT Payment Date 2024
BMT donations of smallholders as much as RM800will usually be paid in stages for a period of four months for 2025 and 2026 as follows:
- November 2025- RM200
- December 2025- RM500
- January 2026- RM200
- February 2026- RM200


The method of receiving aid
Eligible recipients will be processed for the payment of an online transaction (EFT) to an active bank account registered by the recipient when the application is made.
A common question
The amount of BMT aid is RM800 to be paid on November 2025, December 2025, January 2026 and February 2026.
Yes, especially if you are a rubber tappers. You need to make a new application every year. For smallholders who have passed, you are advised to sign in to the portal to confirm or update your personal information, especially bank account numbers.
Is not recommended. All BMT payments are made online directly to the bank account on behalf of the applicant. This is to ensure transparency and to prevent any of them. Please open your own bank account before applying.
Yes, of course you deserve. You can apply under the tapping category (not the landowner). Make sure and get a confirmation letter from your father (as a landowner) and meet other compulsory requirements, especially with a valid PAT-G card on your behalf.
Only one recipient is eligible to receive this assistance for the same lot that is either the landowner (smallholder) or the tapping person (tapping) and regardless of the number of members.
