About the Non-Unionized Youth Intervention Program
This Non-Union Youth Intervention Program is a special initiative to attract youth who do not join associations through the implementation of youth development programs.
Assistance will be provided to registered youth organizations for programs at the state and district levels to increase membership and attract youth to join formal organizations.
This will directly attract the interest of the youth to actively participate in the youth organization in the activities organized by the organization involved.


Amount of Assistance
Maximum assistance RM10,000.00 given to deserving youth organizations.
Program Implementation Period
The duration of the program is on July to November 2026.
Scope of Program Implementation
Youth organizations need to implement youth development programs that meet at least
one of the following elements:
- Education
- Economy
- Mental and Physical Wellbeing
- Political Socialization, Statehood and Democracy
- Values and Identity
- Media and Digital Citizenship
Program Filling Form
The form of filling in the program that is eligible to receive assistance through this program is as follows
- Seminar
- Knowledge sharing
- Dialog/ Town Hall
- Leadership Camp/Summer Camp
- Explorace
- Hobby Gathering
The program must have a positive impact on youth between the ages of 15 and 30, especially increasing the interest of youth to join youth organizations. Program implementation period
is July to November 2026.
Application Conditions
The application conditions to apply for assistance under this program are as follows:
- Youth organizations registered under the Office of the Registrar of Youth Organizations (ROV).
- Youth organizations that meet the requirements according to the National Youth and Sports Department’s Assistance Guidelines (Amendment Year 2024) which is currently in force.
- Interested youth organizations need to submit a proposal to the State Youth and Sports Department.
- Pitching sessions will be conducted physically or online coordinated by the State Youth and Sports Department.
- Successful organizations will be notified by email and will need to apply online through the Integrated Sports Management System (SPSB).

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm.
