What is the Talk To My Manager Program?
The Talk To My Manager program is an entertainment reality program that is quite unique because it features the concept of “legend passes the torch” or an artistic legacy that is passed on to new generations.
Talk To My Manager is not just a competition it is a stage that celebrates legacy, talent and family ties.
This season returns with an iconic concept “pass-the-baton”which pairs celebrities as “managers” with their talented children on stage.
Each performance is not just entertainment, but a test of guidance, trust and compatibility, while highlighting the bonds and collaborations that make every moment more meaningful and memorable.
In this program, the children of celebrities will appear as the main performers, while their parents act as “managers” who provide guidance, ideas and strategies to ensure that their children’s performances really shine on stage.
What is interesting, this program is not only focused on singing, but also includes various branches of art such as acting, comedy and dance. This allows the audience to witness a different side of second generation talent that may have never been revealed before.
During the 7-week broadcast, each family couple will be faced with various tasks that test their talent, creativity and emotional endurance.
This program also features a new element when the pair of managers and artists have to face the media to answer various questions throughout the competition, thus adding challenges and the reality of the real world of entertainment to this program.

Scoring System
The Talk To My Manager 2026 Program Scoring System is as follows;
Judging is 100% controlled by a professional jury panel to ensure objective results. The score is divided into two main aspects:
- 60% of the evaluation is based on efficiency, management creativity and strategy by the manager (celebrity mother or father).
- 40% is based on the uniqueness of the performance and vocal quality by the artist (child of the celebrity).
There is an element of online voting by the audience that rewards the couple with the highest number of votes.
These rewards include the opportunity to perform again, additional points and the right to select a jury to provide comments.
Participants are also tested in a segment in front of the media directly to provide stress and emotional challenges that show their resilience and wisdom.
How to Vote
Voting is done online through the official website Strong Astro. Voting opens every week as soon as the show finishes airing.
Viewers only need to visit the site to support the couple manager and their favorite artists.
Every vote given can change the course of the competition. To make sure you don’t miss it, follow the host’s announcement at the end of the show because that’s when the official opening time of the voting session will be announced.
Champion Prize
The winner will take home RM30,000 in cash, the runner-up will receive RM15,000 and third place will receive RM10,000.
