Vocational College Application for Session 2026 is open online from August 1 to September 725 via link https://spskt4.moe.gov.my/. Vocational College offers 2 main types of programs namely Certificate & Skills Program.

What is a vocational college?
Program goals Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET) offered at Vocational College to produce skilled, professional and prepared students.
Learning in Vocational College uses the Vocational College Standard Curriculum (KSKV) developed by the Academic and Industrial Panel. KSKV is based on education based on outcomes based education (OBE) which emphasizes student achievement after graduation.
Vocational College Skills Certificate & Program
Certificate program
- The system of study at the Vocational College is based on the semester system. Students of the Certificate Program will be attending 2 years of study (4 semesters).
- Pupils who graduate at the certificate level will be awarded a dual certification of the Malaysian Vocational Certificate (SVM) awarded by the Examination Board, Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) and Level 3 Certificate of Skills (SKM) awarded by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources.
- Students who pass the certificate level and meet the requirements of admission, are eligible to continue their diploma studies in the same program at Vocational College.
Skill program
- The goal of the program is to produce skilled students and to have skills certification recognized according to industry needs.
- The program is only offered at selected vocational colleges.
- The duration of this program is 2 years.
- Students who are completing and graduating from the program will be awarded the SKM according to the level offered by the JPK, Ministry of Human Resources.

Terms of the Malaysian Vocational Certificate Program
General requirements
- The applicant is a Malaysian citizen.
- Form 3 at the academic session 2025/2026.
- Enroll in the Student Management Module.
- Required to occupy a special school admission (PKS) assessment.
- Has Reporting Classroom Assessment (PBD), Physical Activity Assessment, Sports and Curriculum (PAJSK) and Psychometric Assessment (PPSI).
- Healthy body.
- No injuries/history of the disease limit, limit and make it difficult to implement practical and practical work.
- No color/color blindness.
- Interested in the program applied.
Special requirements
Pupils obtain at least a level of mastery of 3 Classroom Assessment (PBD) for the following subjects:
- Malay
- English
- Mathematical
- Science
- Design and technology / basic computer science
Terms Skills / Apprenticeship Program
General requirements
- The applicant is a Malaysian citizen.
- Form 3 at the academic session 2025/2026.
- Enroll in the Student Management Module.
- Required to occupy a special school admission (PKS) assessment.
- Has Reporting Classroom Assessment (PBD), Physical Activity Assessment, Sports and Curriculum (PAJSK) and Psychometric Assessment (PPSI).
- Healthy body.
- No injuries/history of the disease limit, limit and make it difficult to implement practical and practical work.
- No color/color blindness.
- Interested in the program applied.
Special requirements
Pupils master 3M (read, write and count).
How to Apply for Vocational College (KV) 2026
Vocational College Applications need to be made online via KPM official link
Updates can be done until the closing date of the application (7 September 2025). Applicants are required to review all information carefully before printing.
Specific School Admission Assessment (PKSK) will be implemented to all students applying as conditions Predominant Admission to specialized schools (SBP/ SMKA/ SMT/ KV/ MTD) and MRSM.
Form 4 CMS will be implemented within a period 22 September 2025 until October 3, 2025.

Review of offering to KV is starting 26 December 2025.
Pupils need to sign up on January 13, 2026 At the KV offered.
The offer is final and effective on the date of registration only. Pupils are considered to be rejecting the offer if they are not registered on the date of registration. (*subject to change)

Offer Review to KV/SMT starting December 26, 2025.
a) Pupils should print the offer letter and the included entry offer book.
b) Pupils must complete the offer book before the day of registration and submit to KV/SMT during the day of registration.
Pupils need to sign up on January 13, 2026 at the KV/SMT offered. The offer is final and effective on the date of registration only. Pupils are considered to be rejecting the offer if they are not registered on the date of registration. (*subject to change)
