What is Budi Madani Ron95?
Budi Madani RON95 is a new petrol subsidy program that benefits Malaysians with a valid driver’s license. The main objective of the program is to:

- Support the country’s financial sustainability in the long run
- Avoid smuggling and leakage of subsidies
With this system, the people still enjoy the price of RON95 at subsidies, while the savings from stricter controls will be channeled to the people.

Budi95 Implementation in stages through TNG Ewallet:
- 30 September 2025 – All Malaysians with MyKad and a valid driver’s license
- 27 September 2025 – Police and Armed Forces
- 28 September 2025 – Recipient Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR)
How to use Budi95 with TNG Ewallet (touch n go)
Using TNG Ewallet makes it easy to claim subsidies without having to bring MyKad every time you fill it with oil. Here are the steps:
1. Loading and List of TNG Ewallet
- Load down from the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei Appgallery
- List of Phone Number & Create 6 Digit PIN
2. Confirm the account (KYC)
- Go to Profile → Account Verification
- Select ID: MyKad
- Scan MyKad & take a swafe
- Send for verification (usually immediately, maximum 7 business days)
3. ACCESS ACCOUNTING95
- Open the application → select the icon Budi95 On the main screen
- If not, find “Budi95” in the room Search
4. buy ron95 oil
- Stop at Pam Petrol
- Choose Buy Fuel in Budi95
- Confirm the location of the station, enter the pump number & amount of oil
- Pay using ewallet tray and get QR Code
Tip: Make sure the remaining ewallet is adequate. You can add value through DuitNow Transfer – There is even a reward campaign if you add value for the first time.
5. Activate PAM Oil
If the remaining amount of oil is not used, the surplus will be returned directly to the ewallet in minutes

PAM will be opened for you to fill oil.
Is Budi95 only for TNG Ewallet?
No. Tng Ewallet is just the easiest option. You can also:
- Use MyKad at the counter -Staff Verify Eligibility and you can pay for credit/debit cards, other e-wallets, or cash.
- Use mykad at the pump – Some stations have a Mykad card reader. Enter mykad, the system confirms the eligibility, then pay as usual.
However, the use of TNG Ewallet is faster as it does not need to confirm the identity of the oil.

1. Go to profile in TNG Ewallet and press “Account Verification”
2. Under the ID type, select Mykad

4. Take selfie
5. Send your details
Once your account is confirmed, you can start using Budi95.
Usually, account verification will be completed immediately. However, in some cases that require additional information, this process may take time 7 days of work.
Make sure the lighting is good during the MyKad scan and take a selfie to avoid the problem during the verification process.

2. Stop at PAM Oil and open the Ewallet TNG apps.
3. Find the ‘Budi95’ icon and press “Buy Fuel”
4. Select or verify the detected petrol station automatically. If you can’t see any petrol station, make sure your device’s location settings are activated
5. Enter the pump number and the amount of petrol you want to buy
6. The QR code will be displayed after the payment is made
