What is the Talk to My Manager program?

Talk to My Manager 2025 is a unique entertainment reality program as it features the concept of “Legend Passes the Torch” or the legacy of art that goes on to the new generation.

In this program, celebrity children will appear as the main entertainer, while their parents act as “managers” who provide guidance, ideas and strategies to ensure their children’s performances are really high on stage.

Interestingly, the program is not just about singing, but also includes various branches of art such as acting, comedy, and dance.

So, viewers can see different sides of the second -generation artistic talent that may have never been revealed.

During the 7 weeks of broadcast, each of these family couples will face a variety of tasks that test their talents, creativity, and their emotional endurance.

The program also features new elements in which managers and artists will face the media to answer any questions as the program is ongoing.

The program also collaborates with Astro Gempak as a digital partner and Sinar as the official radio partner.

The list of participants of the Talk to My Manager Program features a celebrity and their children’s parents. The following is a list of first season participants:

Each participant will face the challenge in which parents act as managers to guide their children as the lead artist in various genres of entertainment.

They will be tested not only in terms of performances but also the management and family cooperation strategies in a thrilling competition environment.

Scoring system

The Talk to My Manager 2025 program scoring system is as follows;

100% Judgment is controlled by a professional jury panel to ensure objective decisions. Scores are divided into two main aspects:

• 60% of the evaluation is based on efficiency, management creativity and strategy by manager (celebrity parent).
• 40% is based on the uniqueness of the presentation and vocal quality by the artist (celebrity child).

There are elements of online polls by viewers who reward couples with the highest votes.

These rewards include the opportunity to re -present, additional scores and the right to choose a jury to comment.

Participants were also tested in the segment facing the media directly to put pressure and emotional challenges that showed their endurance and wisdom.

This system combines aspects of professional judging and audience interactions to make the match more attractive and competitive.

The way to vote

Voting is done online through the official site Astro Gempak. The vote opens weekly as soon as the plan is broadcast.

Viewers just need to browse the site to support the pair manager and their favorite artists.

Each draw that is given can change the match trip.

Couples with the highest votes have the opportunity to receive special rewards such as the second chance to perform, additional marks, or even the privilege of choosing a jury that will comment next week.

To make sure you do not miss it, follow the host announcement at the end of the plan as it is the official opening time of the polling session.

1. Sign in to your account via Astro/Google/Apple/Facebook account.
2. You have 30 votes daily from Monday to Saturday and 50 voting credit on Sunday to vote for your favorite team.
3. Online votes will open throughout the week and will be closed every Sunday, 6pm that week.
4. The vote will be reopened after the plans of the week are over.

Use:To make a vote, you need to have an Astro Shock account/ user account if you do not have Astro Shock accounts. Registration requires email address and basic information for account creation.

Prize champion

The Grand Prize for the Talk To My Manager Program 2025 has not been announced in detail in Astro’s official source.

But in general, the program will reward exclusive couples and artists who are winning including their greatest partner in the Malaysian entertainment industry, cash prizes, and professional support for their art career development.

Talk To My Manager LIVE – Minggu 1

First week results

AMAD & SITI SAIRAH is the first week and no removal is done!

During the first week of Talk to My Manager (TTMM), Siti Sairah and Amad’s children managed to reach the top.

With a great performance performing the song of Love of Love which was originally sung by Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, Amad scored an overall score of 88 percent.

Thalita won second place, when Marsya occupied third place.

At the bottom of the chart, Ina Naim X Hadie’s couple, Aziz M Osman x Ara Aziz, and Sharifah Zarina X Athalia were in the last three positions of the week.

However, these three couples are relieved that no removal was made in the first week.
