The following are shared about Strol Phase 4 payments for eligible categories as well as the amount of payment to be received for the final phase for 2025.

Introduction – Str 2025

Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) 2025 is a cash assistance initiative from the Malaysian government to help low -income people face rising cost of living.

For 2025, this assistance has been improved by establishing (SARA) Rahmah’s basic contribution, which is a monthly / additional assistance specifically for the poor, hardcore poor, B40 and M40.

Terms of Application Str 2025

The following are the eligibility requirements to be the recipient of the Rahmah Cash Contribution 2025:

A. Fill in the house

1. Married; or
2. Single parent / widow / widow / widow who has a child who
   meet the conditions; and
3. Household income is RM5,000 and below.

B. Gold citizens have no partner

1. Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow
   have children who meet the conditions; and
2. The age limit is 60 years and above; and
3. The income of the senior citizens is RM5,000 and below.

C. Bujang

1. i. Single or a single parent / widow / widow / widow
   have children who meet the conditions; and
2. The age limit is 21-59 years; and
3. The Disabled (Disabled) Age 19 and above; and
4. Not a full -time IPTA / IPTS student; and
5. Single income is RM2,500 and below.

Use:Single individuals aged 21 and above including 19 -year -olds and above who are still studying in public / private institutions are only allowed to be included in children’s information / liabilities of household applications and are not allowed to apply as single individuals.

Payment method

Rahmah Cash Contribution Methods (STR) 2025 are as follows:

1. Credit to a bank account

The stretch payment is automatically credited to the recipient’s bank account or the registered spouse during the application. Make sure your bank account information is active and accurate to receive payments without problems.

If the bank account information is updated after July 29, 2025, only Phase 4 payments will go to the new account. Phase 3 payment will be to the old account.

2. Cash at the National Savings Bank (BSN) counter

For recipients who do not have a bank account or credit failure to the account (credit failure), payments can be claimed in cash at any BSN branch.

For applicants of single categories, single mothers without children, or senior citizens no spouse does not report bank account information, payments are also acceptable in cash at BSN.

For the interior of Sabah/Sarawak without banking access, the submission of cash will be managed by the government at the appropriate location.

Important: Prior to the BSN counter, the recipient must review the status of their respective approval on the Official Portal (to ensure eligible for cash.

DATE & PAYMENT OF PAYMENT PHASE 4

Rahmah Cash Contribution Date for Phase 4 is on November 2025. The official date will be updated later. Payment will be channeled in stages.

The Date of Payment of Peas for Phase 1, 2, 3 and 4 for 2025 is:

• Phase 1: 22 January 2025
• Phase 2: April 2025
• Phase 3: 12 Aug 2025
• Phasa 4: November 2025

For phase 4, the amount of the payment for the household category of RM2500 and below, you will receive RM150 to RM700 (according to the number of children). Meanwhile, senior citizens are RM150 and the single group will receive RM100.

Cash payment date via BSN

Existing recipients with no bank accounts can take their cash payments from November 2025.

The latest notice by BSN will be notified from time to time.

1. Visit the official portal of STR at:
2. Sign in to MyStr:
   • Click Butang Log in MyStr.
   • Enter 12 -digit identification card number (MyKad) you.
   • Press the button Log in.
   • Next, confirm the keyword of security (will be displayed and must be the same as you set during the previous registration).
   • Enter MyStr Password you.
3. Review the status and payment details.
4. Select the “Application Review” menu
5. Click on “Payment information” To find out the status of the Payment of Phase 4.

Forgot the Password Str

For your information, all BKM’s original information is available in the MyStr account.

Therefore, to log in to the STR account, you need to use the password as in the BKM portal first.

Mystr in the MyKad requires a MyKad and Passwords that have been registered.

Here are the steps you need to take in the event of a previous BKM password forgetting:

1. Visit the Strol website on the link
2. Click “Forgot Password”
3. Enter the 12 -digit Mykad number and click “Check”.
4. Enter the registered email & click “Next”.
5. Check if the security keyword is correct, then click “Yes”.
6. Answer the security questions provided and click “Next”.
7. Enter the password and new and the password verification. Then, click “Change Password”.
8. You will receive the Applicant ID conversion notification.

If you forget the password and fail to answer the security questions (3 times a trial is given), MyStr ID will be blocked and allowed to retry After 24 hours.

Basic Contribution of Rahmah (Sara)

For the recipient of the Rahmah Cash (STR) and the Listed in Ekasih (hardcore and poor), You are also eligible for Rahmah Basic Contribution (SARA) 2025.

Levels & Kaedah SARA Assistance 2025

• Sara to Poor/Poor Poor Recipient Ekasih:
  • Household: up to RM2,100 a year (rate increased compared to 2024).
  • Assistance will be credited to MyKad Recipient, can be used for the purchase of basic goods at selected MyKasih stores nationwide.
  • Starting January-Mac 2025: RM100 per month; Starting April 2025: RM200 a month.
• Sara to other recipients of STR 2025 (non -poor/poor poor):
  • Household: up to RM900 a year (RM100 a month from April), a golden resident RM450 a year.
• Poor/Poor Single (21-59 years):
  • Receive RM600 a year (RM50 a month from January 2025).

Sara’s main feature

• Help is not in cash, but Monthly Credit to MyKad.
• Used for 14 categories of basic necessities Like rice, oil, eggs, milk, chicken/fish/meat, vegetables, bread, disposable diapers, soap, medicine and stationery.
• Only need to show MyKad at over 4,100 MyKasih (Supermarket/Mini Market/Local Market).
• Unused credit balance does not expire in the same month, may be spent until December 31, 2025.

SARA One-off RM100 (31 OGOS 2025)

All Malaysians aged 18 and older will receive SARA one-off RM100 credited to MyKad on August 31, 2025.

RM100 Credit for all valid is used until the expiry date, 31 December 2025. The unpaid balance will be redistributed to the rent through the program.
