Proton Saga MC3 2026

The Proton Saga MC3 2026 has not yet been officially launched but bookings have been opened from 10 November, with sales and vehicle registrations targeted to start immediately before the end of 2025.

The launch was also graced with the sharing of new features and the latest technology for the MC3 generation Saga, including wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support and the ADAS safety system on the Premium variant.

Buyers who pre-order have a chance to get a free service package and a limited edition Touch ‘n Go card exclusively for this model.

The model known by the code name AMA01 (P214A) began to attract attention after its introduction at the 47th ASEAN Summit in Kuala Lumpur, marking the first global appearance of Malaysia’s most popular A-segment sedan.

The design is now more modern, elegant and mature, featuring batik patterns as a symbol of Malaysian identity during the official preview session.

Proton Saga MC3 2026 will be offered in three main variants, namely:

• Standard (4-speed automatic)
• Executive (4-speed automatic)
• Premium (CVT2+)

Price of Proton Saga MC3 2026

The estimated price of Proton Saga MC3 2026 in Malaysia starts from RM40,000 to RM50,000, depending on the variant selected.

This price shows an increase of around RM5,000 compared to the previous generation.

For early buyers, Proton is offering a special package including free service for one year or 20,000 km as well as a limited edition Saga MC3 2026 Touch ‘n Go card for the first 20,000 orders.

Available color options include Space Grey, Deep Marine Blue, Solid White, Ruby Red, and Armor Silver.​​​​

Proton aims to launch this model before the end of 2025, with official sales starting in early 2026.

Powered by a 1.5L i-GT engine with a CVT transmission, the new Saga offers smooth driving and fuel economy — just 4.9L/100km according to the Malaysia Driving Cycle (MDC) test.
The Electric Power Steering (EPS) system makes the steering wheel lighter and easier to control, while PROTON’s special driving tuning ensures a balance between comfort and stability on the road.

For the test drive program, Proton will hold a test drive session at their 3S/4S centers after the official launch to allow customers to experience the performance and new features of Saga MC3 2026 for themselves before making a purchase decision.​​
