Is that SPGA?

The Space Salary Deduction System (SPGA) is a system where all cooperatives and other organizations are managed through one channel to facilitate members’ salary deductions processed by government departments or private employers (registered with BPA).

The system is also a convenience to cooperatives and other organizations to collect payments such as fees, stocks, loan installments and so on in a more systematic and secure manner.

For cooperatives, the system provides for them to repay all loan installments or other claims to other cooperatives or organizations through one direction.

The system was created to facilitate the affairs of all parties, whether “department/employer” in the monthly salary preparation, “cooperative/organization” in the matter of collecting loans and fees while “members/individuals” in the monthly installment payments.

Co -operatives or organizations that subscribe to BPA services can use the online system to register new deduction instructions or amend / stop current claims.

SPGA users need to have a “MyKad Reader” hardware to read my identity card to confirm the identity of the system user.

Space Credit Reporting System and RAM Credit Info or simply “specs” provide individual credit information review that combines SPGA records with credit information at non-financial companies as well as bankruptcy status as well as litigation or court suit.

Review of Monthly Deduction Statements via SPGA Kiosk

To meet the needs of the cooperatives, ANGKASA has provided 24 units of the Space Salary System (SPGA) kiosk in several strategic locations throughout Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak from 2013.

Through this kiosk service, all members of the cooperative can obtain Monthly deduction statementwhich is managed by the Credit and Space Banking Services Division (CPC).

Cooperative members (customers) only need to enter the Identity Card (MyKad) equipped with personal information chips and need to be verified with fingerprints.

The service is provided free of charge as a continuous effort to provide the best service to cooperatives throughout Malaysia.
