Madani Medical Scheme

The Madani Medical Scheme aims to provide free acute primary treatment to the B40 group, especially the recipient of the Rahmah Cash (ST).

Recipients can do receiving mild disease treatment by freeat a registered Private Medical Clinic (GP).

This means that you are eligible to go to a private clinic and get free treatment through this scheme – just take the IC!

How Madani Medical Scheme works:

1. Check the qualifications Through the Official Protect Health site, mysejahtera or mySejiahtera (Automatic Qualifications) application
2. Go to a registered GP clinic (with SPM adhesive) and bring MyKad
3. Receive light treatment for free – including consultation, medication, light procedure
4. BENEFIT BALANCE INFORMATION Received via SMS, can also be reviewed at the clinic or contacted through official channels such as ProtectHealth

Who is eligible for free health care through the Madani Medical Scheme?

The qualifications are automatically For those who receive Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) including:

• Family house contents
• Golden residents without a partner (60 years and over)
• Single individuals between the ages of 21 and 59

The registered strand and liabilities are eligible for free basic medical treatment for mild illnesses in a private clinic registered under this scheme without having to register manually.

The annual benefits allowed vary by category, which is RM250 for family households, RM125 for senior citizens without a couple and RM75 for single individuals.

For eligibility review, the recipient can use the Official ProtectHealth site, the Madani Medical Scheme Application, or MySejahtera. No additional registration is required, only valid when attending a registered clinic.

Those who are eligible to make a declaration that they do not receive any of the same or similar benefits as this scheme from any employer/state government/other medical agency.

Type of free treatment

Here are the types of free treatment that can be accepted using this medical scheme:

• Outpatient treatment of acute cases includes:
  • Fever and cold
  • Diarrhea and vomiting
  • Sprain
  • Headache
  • Minor trauma such as minor injuries and others

• Treatment that that not included is:
  • Routine immunization
  • Screening
  • Follow -up treatment of non -communicable diseases (NCDs)
  • Mother and Child Follow -up Treatment
  • Routine family planning
  • Rehabilitation service
  • Medicine request without a doctor’s consultation
  • Supplement demand

The cost limit of treatment is incurred

The cost limit of treatment incurred under the Madani Medical Scheme 2025 varies by category of receiver, with the following maximum amount:

5. Klang, Selangor
6. Johor Bahru, Johor
7. Kinta, Silver
8. Northeast, Pinang Island

How to Search The location of the Madani Medical Scheme Selected

You can search a clinic registered under the nearest Madani Medical Scheme by following the following steps:

1. Visit ProtectHealth’s official website link:
2. Press the ‘Find the Madani Medical Scheme Clinic’ button
3. Enter state, district and city information. Press the ‘Find’ button
4. A list of clinic names of the Madani Medical Scheme Panel will appear on the screen

How to get an otp pin

Here are some ways to get OTP pins when they get treatment at selected private clinics.

User Identity Confirmation Steps through OTP functionality

1. Click the “Medical Medical” logo in the application.
2. Click on any menu displayed.
3. Click “Login” to get to the user’s confirmation view. Enter No MyKad/MyKid/Passport and Registered Telefo Number, then click “Apply OTP”.
4. Enter the 6 digit OTP received via SMS at the registered phone number. Then, click “Confirm OTP”.
5. Click “Agree” to agree to the Madani Medical Scheme Privacy Policy.

The OTP pin is used as a confirmation of the identity of the beneficiary of the Madani Medical Scheme.
