The list of PJH 2026 or Hajj Pilgrim Managers announced by the Tabung Haji Fund marks the start of official preparations for the Hajj season in the year 1447H/2026M.

This list includes recognized travel companies to manage the travel, welfare, and guidance of Malaysian pilgrims during their stay in the Holy Land.

Each listed company has gone through a strict evaluation process by Tabung Haji to ensure that the level of professionalism, accommodation facilities, and Hajj guidance services meet the set standards.

This announcement also provides important guidance to prospective pilgrims in choosing a legitimate and licensed agency, thus avoiding fraud or unregistered offers that often occur before the Hajj season.

The Hajj Fund Board (TH) announced the appointment of 31 licensed tourism companies as Pilgrim Managers (PJH) for the Hajj season 1447H/2026M.

Head of the Hajj Department, Tuan Haji Mohd Hisham Harun, explained that the Hajj Affairs Committee had evaluated applications from 60 companies based on financial capacity, legal compliance, congregation management records, and previous operational performance. As a result, 31 companies were approved compared to 37 in the previous season.

This appointment shows TH’s continued commitment in ensuring that all PJHs operate according to the standards, guidelines and conditions set, in line with TH’s responsibility as the leader of the country’s Hajj affairs.

TH also advises prospective pilgrims to be wary of hajj package offers from unlicensed parties and recommends that they check the list of valid PJHs on TH’s official portal (www.tabunghaji.gov.my).

TH insists that any Hajj offer by an unlicensed party violates the Hajj Savings Act 1995 and can be considered a scam. Strict action will be taken against the parties involved.

What is PJH Hajj?

Hajj Pilgrim Manager or PJH is a service that was created by Tabung Haji (TH) in the year 1420H/2000AD to ensure the smooth running of pilgrim affairs.

They are the parties that are licensed to operate providing Hajj Package Services that have added value for several aspects of the service under the supervision of TH in accordance with the provisions in Act 535 of the Hajj Fund Act 1995.

This Pilgrim Manager Service is often used by private pilgrims or pilgrims who have received an invitation from the Government of Saudi Arabia. Private pilgrims here, does not mean that these pilgrims are not registered with Tabung Haji.

It refers to pilgrims who have registered, but not first-time pilgrims. These are the people who want to perform this worship for the second or subsequent time. Therefore, Pilgrims of this type are highly encouraged to hire the services of a Pilgrim Manager who is registered with TH.
