What is the Federal Training Gift (HLP KPM 2025)?

In short, it is a scholarship of study for undergraduate and PhD for grades 41 and above.

The Scholarship and Financing Division, the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) offers a Federal Training Gift Sponsorship Program for the Education Services Officer (PPP) to pursue a post -graduate level at selected institutions of higher learning or overseas or part -time.

Sponsorship or Learning Facility is also a form of award and recognition to PPP which has performed well and has the potential to contribute new and creative and innovative ideas in the field required by the MOE

This HLP program is offered to PPPT Grade 41 and above to pursue undergraduate studies and Ph.D.

For officials under the Support Group, the program offered at this time is a half -pay (CBSG) study offer without a scholarship.

Tips for applying for HLP KPM

Here we also describe some useful tips by Teacher Faizal which has shared his successful experience offered HLP KPM 2021.

Thankfully, I was successfully offered a full -time study leave with the HLP KPM PHD Scholarship in 2021

I share 8 tips to my friends who intend to connect with the PhD so that the friends who are applying for their interviews will be able to pass the correct proposal and also save time.

Tip 1

After applying on the web site, please make sure the Head of Department (Principal or Headmaster) is confirmed on the epicular site if there is no username & password please contact the KPM BBP Scholarship and Financing Division. They have to contact themselves.

* This is very important, because it is the approval of which you have determined that you have been called to the interview if not until the pensions do not call. In addition to the minimum conditions to apply.

Tip 2

Early preparations for proposal writing with SMART, I mean SMART here learn from the right people in the field of research.

Examples of how to use a reference manager such as Mendeley, Tamplate Zero Draft of Thesis (ZDOT) from Dr.OT, how to write Dr.Nurul Fadly’s proposal where you can follow the channel on YouTube many things you will know.

Tip 4

If you still can’t get an idea, you can join the Malaysian Postgraduate Workshop Series (MPWS) workshop every weekend by Dr.Shuhairy Norhisham.

There are various hands-on workshops taught by prolific lecturers how to find research topics, research issues or gap, exposure to how to write high impact articles with the help of the latest techniques and software such as Atlas Ti. Version 9.0, Ref and Write, Acquisition of Articles through the Scihub website, SCIMAGO article Level Status.

After joining this workshop, I continued to change and got a systematic proposal framework. From this workshop I know the great people in the world of scholars who are a bit other than being honest and helpful as Dr.Hayrol aka Postgraduate Supervisor a relaxed person who is a joke but Deep Experts in SLRs and high impact journal writing. Please follow his FB Hayrol Azril Hayrol. ((Expensive cars can be paid, to get knowledge & health don’t be stingy)

Tip 5

Meet the supervisor either by appointment or call first, email first, if the dean first provides a proposal to submit to the PA, don’t be shy or afraid because they are professional and will respond to your email, always instill in the mind of everyone starting from empty but different ways of thinking (positive people will succeed negative people can easily get sick, people will be neutral).

Ask their opinion what is the right title to do because they have been in the field of study for a long time and are constantly up to date.

Tip 6

Increase self -competence through action studies for the benefit of students and organizations, practice writing such as books, EPRD Journal of KPM each year.

Never remove negative words from the mouth because that’s what you will be (The Power of Prayer)

Tip 7

Never give up and always try even many times I have failed to take the Japanese proverb of Dr.Shuhairy Norhisham’s book “Jinsei Iro Iro Hito Sore Zore” “Nana Korobi Ya Oki” dropped 7 times 8 times.

Tip 8

Always pray after prayer because God loves to hear His servant’s prayers. If there is no provision to fix the weaknesses that there are sometimes others see the mistakes we consider it not to ask the views of the friends who have received the other HLP. There must be a way. Ok

– 40 minutes present in front of 3 panels (Public University Lecturer, IPG lecturer, officials from the ministry) use the title of Dr. On the panel.

– In 2021, 530 people were offered HLP/HLPS/CBBPTB from 3538 applications, 1893 passed the Head of Department, after the BBP 1505 screening was called Interview, – for HLP 400 HLPS 86 CBBPTB 44. 5 overseas studies.

– The Malaysian Interview of the Malaysian multi -level educators (KPM, PPD, IPG, Matrix, KV and SM & SK schools) were given HLP Master & PhD successfully interviewing HLP/HLPS/CBBPTB (Appeal),

-6-person interview session 8.00-1.00 pm & 4 people 2.30-4.30 pm for 5 days. Monday – Friday. KPM has nearly 1200 post -service students under HLP for 3 years (2019,2020,2021) of this total 1 person only overseas.
