What is Johor’s Student Incentive?
Student Incentive for Johor Students (IMAJ) is Cash Assistance in kind One-Off as much as RM200.00 to every Johor Student throughout Malaysia.
It is an initiative of the Johor State Government through Yayasan Pelajaran Johor (YPJ), in line with the objective of YPJ which aims to remain active in sponsoring and providing financial assistance and opportunities to further education to a higher level among Johor citizens.
The Johor Student Student Incentive Assistance Application 2026 is now open March 6, 2026 until March 14, 2026 only.
This assistance is open to students:
- Certificate
- Asasi
- Matriculation
- Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree

Application Conditions
The following are the application conditions for Johor Student Aid 2026:
- Born in Johor and have a permanent address in Johor (MyKad); or
- Born outside Johor but has a permanent address in Johor
- Open to Certificate, Foundation, Matriculation, Diploma and Bachelor level students
- Involve students in:
a) IPTA
b) IPTS under the Johor State Government
c) IPTS with University status only (recognized by MQA)
d) Matriculation College - There is no family income limit requirement
- There is no limit to the year of study

How much is the Johor Student Student Aid amount?
This assistance amounts to RM200 and is given on a one-off basis regardless of family income and is open to students in all semesters.

- Upload the required documents such as:
- Student ID card

- Click “Submit Application”.

- This application is subject to the terms and conditions set by Yayasan Pelajaran Johor.
- The Johor Education Foundation may reject your application if the information filled in is not valid or complete.
- If a student is found to have filled in false information or violated the terms of the application, Yayasan Pelajaran may impose legal action under the Evidence Act 1965.
