• Savings fraction – display of savings balances according to EPF accounts, namely Retirement Account, Prosperity Account and Flexible Account for members under 55 years of age, as well as 55 Account and Gold Account for members 55 years of age and above.

• Production information – include details of the amount, date and category of withdrawals that have been made, such as withdrawals for education, housing, health, Hajj, retirement at the age of 50, 55 or 60, as well as Flexible Account withdrawals if applicable.

• Overdue adjustments and contributions – display any amendment or delay in payment of contributions involving the employer.

• Effective date of Simpanan Shariah option – the start date of EPF savings management and investment in accordance with Shariah principles, which takes effect on the first day of the following month after the selection is made, subject to a seven (7) day waiting period.

1. Go to the tab ‘Savings‘ in the main menu of the application.



2. Press ‘See Details‘ in the account summary section.



3. The account details page will be displayed. Next, press the download icon.



4. Select the statement year and press the button ‘Download the statement’.



5. The statement will be displayed. You can download the statement by pressing the share icon.



Method 3: i-Akaun web portal (Members)

1. Visit the i-Akaun web portal (Members)
2. Enter User ID And passwordn your i-Account, then click ‘Log Enter Now’.
3. On the home page, click download icon in the account summary section.
4. Select the statement year and click ‘Load down’.
5. A statement will be displayed. Next, click download icon to download the statement to your device.

1. Self-Service Terminal (SST)

Members can scan their MyKad or MyPR and verify their fingerprints at the SST machine to apply for a statement immediately.

The statement will be sent directly to the registered email address. Therefore, make sure your email is accurate and still active. If the email information has not been updated, it can be done directly through SST.

2. EPF Office
